Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to your scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 3-7 days prior will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made 48 hours or less before check-in. Any changes to your reservation must also be made more than 48 hours before your check-in date. Age Requirement:
All guests must be 21 years of age or older to book a stay at SS Retreats. Valid identification may be requested upon check-in to verify age. Any bookings made by guests under 21 years old will be subject to cancellation without a refund.
No Parties or Events:
SS Retreats strictly prohibits parties or events on the property. Unauthorized gatherings, excessive noise, or any disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. We ask that you respect the quiet enjoyment of our space and neighboring properties.
Booking and Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. By completing your booking, you agree to comply with our policies and any local laws and regulations.
Check-in/Check-out Times:
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged. Late check-outs may be subject to additional charges. Please inform us in advance if you require a late check-out.
Liability and Property Care:
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property and its contents during their stay. Any damage, breakage, or loss of property caused by the guest will result in charges for repair or replacement. SS Retreats is not responsible for any personal injury or loss of belongings during the stay.
Cancellation Policy:
Please refer to our cancellation policy for details regarding refunds and changes to your booking. No refunds will be given for cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to check-in.
House Rules:
All guests are expected to follow the house rules provided upon check-in, including respecting noise levels, maintaining cleanliness, and not engaging in any illegal activity on the premises.
By booking with SS Retreats, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or cancellation of your stay without a refund.
To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum, especially between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior is not permitted and may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. Please respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment during your visit.
We take pride in providing a clean and well-maintained space for all our guests. Please treat the property with care during your stay. A standard cleaning fee will be charged upon booking; however, if excessive cleaning is required after your stay, an additional fee may be applied. In the event of any damage or breakage, please notify us immediately. Any broken or damaged items will be assessed and charged accordingly based on repair or replacement costs.
