This Kia Optima comes with a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 245 hp. This Optima is equipped with standard safety features including antilock disc brakes, traction and stability control, front-seat side airbags, a driver knee airbag, and side curtain airbags. A rearview camera is standard, while optional features include a 360-degree surround-view camera, rear parking sensors, rear cross-traffic alert, a blind-spot monitoring system, lane departure warning and a forward collision warning and intervention system with emergency automatic braking. Profile photo: Your host will use it to identify you at pickup.

Phone number: We’ll need a number to contact you regarding your booking.

Driver’s license: You must have a valid driver’s license to book.

Payment method: You won’t be charged until you book your trip.

Guests may cancel their trip through our site, and the cancellation is effective immediately. Whether the guest received a full refund, a partial refund, or receives no refund depends on the circumstances. The total amount refunded will depend on when the guest cancels the trip, the length of the trip, and the trip type. The cancellation period is based on eastern standard time.

Guests may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before their trip starts. Guests who book within 24 hours of their trip have one hour after booking to cancel for free.

Trip modifications

If a guest requests a trip modification and the host accepts, that modification does not reset the free cancellation period for the trip. It remains tied to the original booking time.

Cancellation for cleaning/disinfection concerns

Guests may cancel free of charge and receive a full refund if, upon inspecting the vehicle at trip start, they have concerns that it hasn’t been cleaned and disinfected. Guests are only eligible for a full refund if they: do not accept the vehicle, do not check in for the trip, and immediately contact Customer Support to report the issue. 

Cancellations outside the free period

If a guest wants to cancel a booked trip, we encourage them to notify the host as soon as possible to process the cancellation. We’ll issue a partial refund to guests who cancel in this manner and do not fall within the free cancellation period.

Guest no-show

If a guest fails to cancel and doesn’t show up for the trip within 30 minutes of the trip’s scheduled start time, or if the photos or information provided by a guest fail to sufficiently allow for verification of the guest or their license during check-in, it’s a guest no-show. A guest who shows up to a trip with no license, with an invalid license, or who sends their additional driver or another individual in their place is also a guest no-show.

1. General Use and Eligibility Car Quest provides a car-sharing platform that allows users to rent vehicles for personal use. By using our service, you agree to abide by all terms outlined in this agreement. You must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, and have a clean driving record to participate in the Car Quest program. Car Quest reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may refuse service or terminate your account if you do not meet the necessary requirements.

2. Booking, Fees, and Cancellations When you book a vehicle through Car Quest, you agree to pay all applicable rental fees, including any additional charges for insurance, mileage, and other services. Payment is due at the time of booking, and reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will result in a cancellation fee. Car Quest reserves the right to adjust fees and policies as necessary, and you are responsible for staying informed of any changes.

3. Responsibility and Liability As the renter, you are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. This includes maintaining the car in good condition, refueling, and returning it on time to the designated location. Any damage, accidents, or traffic violations incurred during your rental period are your sole responsibility. Car Quest is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services. Users must agree to all safety regulations and local laws when operating a vehicle. Any breach of these terms may result in penalties, including fines, additional charges, or suspension from the platform.
